Hi Nagi. One more excellent recipe. Genuinely appreciated the “very simple” Model – much easier than trying to Prepare dinner inside a crowded wok. Have built it 2 times with fantastic success. I can't reach the smoky flavour which the best possible CKTs have, but as you say, that requires a Particular kinds of wok and very superior take in.S
